Two of my digits are even, but my ones digit is odd. The sum of my digits is 11. I am

The first digit (hundreds place) must be 2, since the the number is between 261 and 299. The number after this (tens place) must be either even or odd. Remember, only 2 of the 3 digits is even. So the only possible even numbers we can have is 6 and 8. Thus the last digit (units place) is odd. This odd number can be any number between 1 and 9, including 1 and 9. Now we test the digits for the sum of 11.

2 + 6 + 3 = 11

2 + 8 + 1 = 11

You actually have 2 numbers: 263 and 281.
