{\fbox {\fbox {\fbox {\fbox {\fbox {\fbox {\fbox {\fbox{Answer}}}}}}}}}

At 12 minutes past 6.40AM, all the lights will flicker together.

Interval at which all shall flicker together can be found by calculating LCM of all the interval values (6,8minutes).

LCM of 6 and 8 minutes is 24minutes

therefore,they will flicker again

=>6.40AM+24MIN.

=>7.04AM

both light will be flicker again at 7:04Am
