We know that opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal..So,

(5x-8)= (2x +82)

=> 5x-8 = 2x+82

=> 5x-2x = 82 +8

=> 3x= 90

=> x=90/3

=> x= 30°

Now ... Putting the value of x,

5x-8 = (5×30) - 8

= 150-8

= 142°

2x+82 = (2×30) + 82

= 60+82

= 142°
