Answer:

Explanation:

mass of particle A = 10 g= 0.010 kg

Velocity, v = 12 m/s

momentum = mv

= 0.010 kg X 12 m/s

= 0.12 kg m/s

mass of particle B = 20 g= 0.020 kg

Velocity, v = 15 m/s

momentum = mv

= 0.020 kg X 15 m/s

= 0.3 kg m/s

Total momentum = 0.12 kg m/s + 0.3 kg m/s

= 0.42 kg m/s downwards

Answer:

Pls mark me as brainliest

Explanation:

P = mv

Mass of A = 10/1000 kg = 1/100 kg

Velocity of A = 12m/s

Momentum of A = 12/100 = 0.12 kg m/s

Mass of B = 20/1000 kg = 1/50 kg

Velocity of B = 15 m/s

Momentum of B = 15/50 = 30/100= 0.3 kg m/s

Total momentum = 0.3 + 0.12 = 0.42 downwards
