Answer:

1

Explanation:

Angular Velocity = (Speed of an object) / (radius)

Angular Velocity = [ 2\pi radius / (Time Period)] / (radius)

Angular Velocity = (2\pi ) / (Time Period)

Angular Velocity = (2\pi)/ (T)

So, angular velocity is inversely proportional to Time Period.

For mass M with radius R,

Angular Velocity of M = \frac{2\pi }{T}

For mass m with radius r,

Angular Velocity of m = \frac{2\pi }{T}

Both are same.

So their ratio will be 1:1
