We know that,

The angular speed ω=t2π

Now, Angular speed of first particle ω1=t2π

Angular speed of second particle ω2=t2π

Therefore, the ratio of angular speed of the first particle to that of second

  ω2ω1=t2πt2π

 ω2ω1=11

Hence, the ratio of angular speed of the first particle to that of second is 1:1.
