time =3 sec
mass=m=1200kg
Impulse = J= ?
Formula to be used : Impulse = Fx t
=200 x 3 = 600 Ns
B) Impulse J= m ΔV
⇒ ΔV= J/m
⇒600 Ns/1200 kg
=0.5 m/s
Therefor Impulse J is 600Ns
and change in velocity is 0.5m/s.
