two persons A and B are walking with speed 4km/hr and 5km/hr respectively in the same direction . Find how far will B be from A after 2hrs

Answer:

Relative velocity of B w.r.t A

Vba = Vb - Va

       = 5-4

       = 1

therefore distance of b from a after two hrs will be,

        d= Vba X t

          = 1 x 2

           = 2 km

ans is 2 km

Relative speed , S = A - B

⇒ S = 5 km/h - 4 km/h

⇒ S = 1 km/h

Time , t = 2 h

We know that Speed is defined as distance per unit time

:\to \bf Speed=\dfrac{Distance}{Time}\ \; \red{\bigstar}\\\\:\to \rm 1=\dfrac{d}{2}\\\\:\to \rm d=2\ km\\\\:\to \rm d=2000\ m

So , B will go 2 km from A after 2 hours
