Two persons are applying forces on two opposite sides of the moving cart.The cart still moves with the same speed in the same direction.What do you infer the magnitudes and the direction of forces applied ?

the forces are balanced and since forces are balanced there net force will be 0N . and according to newton's 1st law of motion a body at rest will remain in rest and a body in motion will continue to be uniform motion unless and until it is compelled by an external force .
since net force is 0 therefore no external force is there therefore the body will continue to be in uniform motion .
