As we can see the phenotypic ratio is 1 : 2 : 1

This is a case of incomplete dominance where phenotypic and genotypic ratio both are 1 : 2 : 1

So the genotype of parents would be Rr

The cross will be

Rr × Rr

The ratio of offsprings Will be

RR : Rr : rr
1 : 2 : 1

Hope this helps you ☺️
