A = 15 hrs ; B = 20 hrs to fill
C = 25 to empty
A = 10/15 = 2/3
B = 10/20 = 1/2
C = 10/25 = 2/5
A = 30 x 2/3 = 60/90
B = 60/90. / 2 = 45/90
C = 90 x .4 = 36
60 + 45 = 105 - 36 = 69/90 = 23/30
