two pipes are X and y
X+Y = 30/11 minutes
then X take time to full cistern is , a
and then y takes time is , a+1
eq. X+Y = 30/11
a +a+1=30/11
2a=19/11
a=19/22
x takes 19/22 min to full cistern
and y is a+1=19/22+1=41/22 minutes
