Hey,

Acc due to gravity at the surface of planet = g = (4/3) GRλp

Planet 1; R = R
p = d

so, 
g1 = (4/3) GRλd.....(i)

planet 2 ; R = 2R
p = 4d
so, 
g2 = (4/3) G2Rλ4d...(ii)

now divide equation (i) by (ii),we get
g1/g2=1/8

ratio will be 1:8
