Hi!!

______________________________________________

Square of Side 64 m has a greater area by 4096 m^2

Finding Perimeter of Square

Perimeter of Square = 4 * Side

Side = 64 m

4 * 64

=> 256 m

Finding Breadth of perimeter

Perimeter of Square = Perimeter of rectangle

Perimeter of rectangle = 256 m

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(l + b)

Length = 80 m

256 = 2( 80 + b)

=> 256 = 160 + 2b

b = 96/2

b = 48 m

Finding area of Square

S^2

=> 64^2

=> 4096 m^2

Finding area of the rectangle

l * b

=> 80 * 48

=> 3840 m^2

given both have equal perimeter.
side of square=64cm
length of rectangle= 80 cm
area of square = 4×64=256cm²
area of square= area of rectangle.
256= 2(l+b)
256=2(80+b)
b=96/2=48
area of rectangle= l× b
80×48=3840
area of square = 64×64=4096

here we see that area of square is greater than area of rectangle

I hope it help u.
