Step-by-step explanation:

we kniw that the perimeter of square and rectangular field is same so,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

Perimeter of square = 4*side

Length of rectangle = 18m

Breadth of rectangle = 14m

P=2(18+14)

P=2*32

P= 64m

Perimeter of square = 4a

4a = 64

a= 64/4

a = 16m

The side of square is 16m

b)Area of rectangle = l*b = 18*14 = 252m

Area of square = a*a = 16*16 = 256m

Area of

square is greater than area of rectangle

Hope it helps !!
