two plots of land have same parameter 1 is a square of side 16 m, while the other is a rectangular those breadth is 1.5 dam . which plots have a greater area and by how much?

perimeter of square= 4×side
=4×16=64m
perimeter of rectangle=64m
2(l+15) =64
l+15=32
l=17
therefore length of rectangle be 17 m
area of square= 16 ×16=256sq m
area of rectangle=15×17=255sq m
therefore area of square is greater than area of rectangle by 1sq m
