perimeter \: of \: square \:  =  \: perimeter \: of \: rectangle \\  4 \times side =  \: 2 \times ( \: l \:  +  \: b \: ) \\    = 2 \times (70 + 56) \\   = 2 \times 126 \div 4 \\    = 256 \div 4 \\ side =  256  \\ side = 64cm
area of rectangular plot = l × b
= 70 × 56
= 3920 cm ^2
area of square = side × side
= 64 × 64
=4096 cm ^2
here square plot has greater area by = 4096 - 3920
= 176 cm ^2
