two plots of land have same perimeter. one is a square of side 60 m, while the other is a rectangle whose breadth is 1.5 dam . which plot has the greater area and by how much?

perimeter of square=perimeter of rectangular

perimeter of square=240m

length of rectangle=2(15+x)=240

=15+x=240/2
=)15+x=120
=)x=120-15
=)x=105

Now,

Length=105

Breadth=15

So,

Area of Rectangle=205×15=1575

area of square=60*60

=)3600
