Two plots
One is Rectangle and the other is Square
Perimeter Of rectangle = x = 2(l + b)
= x = 2 ( l + 3/2)
= 2l + 3
x = 2l + 3. m
Now perimeter of Square = 4 × side
x = 4 × 60
x = 240m
So according to the equations
240 = 2l + 3
240 - 3 = 2l
237 = 2l
l = 118.5m = 237/2
Now let's find the area
Area of Square = l²
= 60² = 3600 sqm
The area of Rectangle
= l × b = 237/2 × 3/2
= 177 sqm
Hence , square is larger
