area of rectangle=l×b
=70×56
=3920m^2

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(70+56)
=2×126
=252m

Perimeter of square=4×side
252=4s
252/4=s
63m=s

area = s^2
=63×63
=3969m^2

The square land has more area than the rectangle land by 49m^2
