Perimeter of square plot = 4(side) = 4*60 = 240m
Therefore perimeter of rectangular plot = 240m
Therefore 2(l+b) = 240, where breadth = 1.5 decameter = 15m
=> l+15 = 120
=> l = 105m

Area of square plot = (side)^2 = (60)^2 = 3600 sq.m
Area of rectangular plot = lb = 105*15 = 1575 sq.m
Therefore the square plot has higher area.

Difference = (3600-1575) = 2025 sq.m

perimeter of square =60+60=120
perimeter of rectangle =15+x (x is length of rectangle)
the perimeters are equal
=> 15+x=120
=> x=120-15=105
area of square = 60*60 = 3600 sq.mtrs
area of rectangle = 15*105 = 1575 sq.mtrs
area of square > area of rectangle by 2025 sq.mtrs
