Perimeter of square=Perimeter of rectangle

4a^2=2(l+b)

4×64=2×70+2b

256 =140+2b

2b=116

b=58m

area of square=a^2

=64×64=4096m^2

area of rectangle=l×b=70×58=4060m^2

square has large area by=4096-4060

=36m^2
