two plots of land have the same perimeter one is a square of side 40 m ,while the other is a rectangle of breadth 20 m which plot is larger and by how much​

Perimeter of Rectangle = Perimeter of square

⇒2×(length+breadth)=256

⇒2×(80+breadth)=256

⇒breadth=48cm

Area of square =side×side

=64×64

=80×48

=3840cm

Area of Square is greater than Area of Rectangle.
