Two plots of land have the same perimeter. One is a square of side 50m. While the other is a rectangle of breadth 30m Which plot is larger and by how much​

Perimeter of square =4×side

=4×64

=256cm

Perimeter of Rectangle = Perimeter of square

⇒2×(length+breadth)=256

⇒2×(80+breadth)=256

⇒breadth=48cm

Area of square =side×side

=64×64

=4096cm

Area of rectangle = =l×b

=80×48

=3840cm

2

Area of Square is greater than Area of Rectangle.
