⇒ 4 x side  = 2 ( L+b)

⇒ 4 x 50 m = 2 ( L + 30 m)

⇒ 200 m = 2 ( L + 30 m)

⇒ 200m/ 2 = L + 30 m

⇒ 100 m = L + 30 m

⇒ 100 m - 30 m = L

⇒ L = 70 m

Area of square = side ² = ( 50m)² = 2500 m²

Area of rectangle = L x b = 70 m x 30 m = 2100 m²

Square plot is larger and by (2500 m² - 2100 m²) = 400 m²
