To find the second side of the rectangle, find the perimeter of the square(as they have the same perimeter) and substract 2*70 from it, then divide by 2.
=> Perimeter of square => 64*4 = 256m.square
=> Breadth of rectangle => 256-(2*70) /2 => 256-140 /2 => 116/2 = 58m
Therefore area of:-
Sqaure=> 64*64 = 4096m.square
Rectangle=> 70*58 = 4060m.square
Therefore the Square has a greater area.
Hope this helps!!!
