side of sq = 60m
perimeter = (4×60)m
=240m
breadth of the rectangle = 1.5dm = 0.15m
ATP
perimeter of sq = perimeter of rect
=>240 = 2× length +0.15
=>240/2 - 0.15 = length
=>120-0.15=length
=>length = 119.85
now, area of sq.= side × side
= 60×60
= 3600m sq.
and area of rect = l×b
= 0.15 × 119.85
= 17.9775 m sq.
therefore area of sq. field is greater by 3582.0225m sq.
