Side of Square=64 m

Perimeter of Square=4×side

=4×64

=256 m

Perimeter of Square plot=256 m

Given,

Perimeter of Square=Perimeter of Rectangle

Means

Perimeter of Rectangle=256 m

Perimeter of Rectangle formula

=2(l+b)

Length Given=18m

=2(18+b)=256

=36+2b=256

=2b=256-36

=2b=220

b=220/2

b=110

Area of Rectangle=Length×Breadth

=18×110

=1980 m²

Area of Square=Side×Side

=64×64

=4096

So Square Plot Area is More Than Rectangle by (4096-1980)=2116 m²
