F = kq₁q₂/r²
=9 x 10⁹ x 4 x 10⁻⁶ x 2 x10⁻⁹/10⁻²
= 7.2 x 10⁻³ N
both forces are equal in magnitude and in same direction
Net force = 2 F = 14.4 x 10⁻³ N = 1.44 x 10⁻² N ----towards - 4μC charge
