According to me.
The answer is:
Let the two point charges 4mc &2mc .
Then we the value of K= 9×10 power 9.
Let the o points charge in center.
Let the two radius one is R& another is r-x
Then we use coloumb formula that is :
F1=Kq1q2/ R & F2 = Kq1q2/r-x
Then we equate this
we can get the answer.
the answer is 2/3
