f = k \frac{q1 \: q2 \: }{ {r}^{2} }  \\  0.075 = 9 \times  {10}^{9}  \times  \frac{q1 \: q2}{9}  \\ 0.075 =  {10}^{9} q1 \: q2   \\ 0.075 \times  {10}^{ - 9}  =  \: q1 \: q2  \: \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: (1) \\  \\ now \:  \\  \\ q1 \:  +  \: q2 = 20 \times  {10}^{ - 6}  \:  \\ q1 = 20 \times  {10}^{ - 6}  - q2 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: put \: in \: (1) \\  \\ 0.075 \times  {10}^{ - 9}  = (20 \times  {10}^{ - 6}  - q2) \: q2 \\  \\

Solve this equation and find q2 then put value of q2 in the eq.

q1+q2=20 × 10^-6

And find q1
