Two pole of equal heights are standing opposite each other on side of the road. Which is 40m. wide . From a point between them on the road the angles of elevation of the top of the poles are 60°and 30° respectively . Then the heights of the pole is​

tan60o=xh  ∴x=3h

In △BOD, 

tan30o=100−xh

31=100−xh      100−x=h3

100−h3=x   x=3h

∴100−h3=3h

∴h=253m

∴x=3h=3253
