step1: draw two poles AB and DC opposite to each other

step2: connect the BC with a line segment. write 80cm below this line

step3: from A draw a-line to the midpoint of BC L. mark this point P. therefore you get a line AP. do this similarly for D.

step5: you get 2 triangles ABP and DCP. angle APB is 30 and angle DPC is 60
