Step-by-step explanation:

P(-2)

=a(-2)³+3(-2)²-13

-8a+12-13

-8a-1

NOW,

P(-2)

2(-2)³-5(-2)+a

-16+10+a

-6+a

=a-6

Now,equating both

we get,

-8a-1 = a-6

-8a-a = -6+1

-9a = -5

-a = -5/9

a= 5/9

HOPE IT HELPS!!!
