The given positions of the dice proves that the numbering system in the dice is not following the conventional method.
Therefore we have to use the logic to find which number will be on the top if number 3 is at the bottom.

In the first figure we can see that 3 is adjacent to 4 and 1.
In the second figure we can see that 3 is adjacent to 5 and 2.
We can figure out that 6 is the number which is not adjacent to 3 and should be opposite to it.
Hence,
6 will be on the top if number 3 is at the bottom.

ANSWER

6 will be on top.

Refer to the attachment for diagram of the dices.

Step By Step Explanation

Here, the following sides are opposite to the given sides here >

1 <=> 5

4 <=> 2

3 <=> 6

Here we are using the clockwise rotation rule.

So, 6 is opposite to 3.

-And 6 is on top if 3 is at bottom.

-2 is on top if 4 is on bottom.

Remember

A dice is a 3dimensional where i.e a cube which has faces marked from one to six respectively.
