hey there...

here is your answer mate !

<> The first problem the Constitution faced was that the decision upon the language which had to be the national language. The members thought of English being the national language, but the telugu speaking men protested that, if english or Hindi was imposed on them, they would form a separate country and would divide from the nation, So after a lot of arguments, The members of the Constituent assembly came to a decision, that Hindi would be the official language and English would be used to communicate in the services and people could speak any language in local.

<> Second problem was that , the distribution of responsibilities between the state and the central government.. There we're alot of opinions from many people. Finally, the members came to a hault and decided upon the responsibilities.

= They created three lists:

=> state list : This list consists of subjects like
agriculture, tourism and things
like that. This would be took care
of the state government.

=> Union list : This list consists of subjects like
defence , foreign affairs . This
would be took care of the
central government.

=> Concurrent list : This list contains of the
subject like forestry. This
subject would be took care
of both the central and the
state government.
