Horizontal Range =  V² Sin (2α)/g

where α - angle of projection

angle of projection 53°

=> R  = V² Sin (2*53°)/g

=> R  = V² Sin (106°)/g

=> R  = V² Cos(16°)/g   ( as Sin(90° + β ) = Cosβ )

angle of projection 53°

=> R  = V² Sin (2*37°)/g

=> R  = V² Sin (74°)/g  

=> R  = V² Cos(16°)/g   ( as Sin(90° - β ) = Cosβ )
