By - 1/2(x+y)
=1/2(2/7+3/7)
=1/2×5/7

2nd Rational Number:
(Between 5/14 and 2/7)
1/2(5/14+2/7)
=1/2(5/14+4/14)
=1/2×9/14
=9/28
So 5/14 and 9/28 are 2 rational number between them.
