Profit%= 12%
Thus Profit = 12/100 * 100 = 12
SP = CP + Profit
SP = 100 + 12 = 112
Radio 2 -
Let CP = 100
Profit% = 17%
Profit = 17/100 * 100 = 17
SP = CP + Profit
SP = 100 + 17 = 117
Difference between the two SP = 117 - 112 = 5
If difference is 5 , then CP = 100
If difference is 1 , then CP = 100/5
If difference is 125 , then CP = 100/5 * 125 = 2500
Hence , CP of each radio = Rs.2500
