dimension of 1st park = 12m and 4m
dimension of 2nd park = 6m and 8m
perimeter of 1st park = 2(12+4)
=32m
perimeter of 2nd park=2(6+8)
28m
after three round of fetching, length of wire used in 1st park =3×32
=96metre
after three round of fetching, length of wire used 2nd park =3×28
=84metre
Total length of wire used in both park = 84 +96
=180metre
Total cost of wire = 180 ×17
=3060. Rs
