Perimeter of first plot= 104 m.

Length= 28m.

By the problem ,

2(l+b)= 104

Or, l+b=52

Or, 28+b=52

Or, b =52-28=24 m.

Area of each plot

= 28×24=672 sq.m.(ans)

Breadth of second plot = 21

Length = 672/21=32m.

( As area of two plot are equal )

Perimeter of second plot

= 2(l+b)

= 2(32+21)

= 2×53

= 106 m.(ans)
