The area between Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn, experience convectional rainfall. Areas in South East England also experience this kind of rainfall.

Convectional rain occurs when the earth’s surface gets heated up, causing excessive evaporation of water. This leads to formation of rain-bearing clouds and ultimately rain. Convectional rain is normally of short duration and falls as showers of varying intensity.

Conventional rainfall is observed between the areas of the tropic of cancer and tropic of Capricorn. It is common in this region of the world. The reason for the answer is as the surface of the earth gets heated up, the water which is present in the surface of the earth moves in upward direction and it form clouds. This clouds then bring rainfall where the rainfall fall of varying intensity and these rainfall occurs for a short period of time.
