Sum of all interior angles of a regular polygon(of sides n) = (n - 2)*180

And thus the angle =((n-2)*180)/n

Now let number of sides of 2 polygons be 3x and 2x respectively and x is a integer.

So using formula given above you can directly use

((3x -2)180)/3 = (10/9)((2x -2)180)/2

=> 540x = 600x -240

=> 60x = 240

=> x = 4

Hope this helps!
