Since the Resistors are in series, Therefore,

$R_{eq} = R_{1} + R_{2}$

Hence,

$→ R_{eq} = (100 + 200)±(3 + 4) \: ohm$

$→ R_{eq} = (100 + 200)±(3 + 4) \: ohm$

$→ R_{eq} = (300±7) \: ohm$
