Two resistance of 4 Ω and 2 Ω with a 3V battery are connected in series. Find out. a) The current flowing through the circuit. and b) The total resistance of the circuit.

Total resistance is 24 ohm
And current is 0.125 Ampere

Total R=4+2(since they are connected on series)
=6 ohm
By ohm's law V=IR
Therefore I=6/3=2 A
Total resistance as stated earlier is 6 ohm
