in parallel ...

Total rp = 2

so ..

1/ Rp = 1 / r1 + 1/ r2

1/ 2 = 1 / r + 1 / r

1/2 = 2/ r

r = 4 ohm ...

in series ..

Rs =9

rs = r1 + r2

9 = 2r

9 / 2 = r

4.5 ohm = r

hope its helpful pls mark as brainliest ...

Two resistances when connected in parallel given resultant value of 2 ohm . When connected in series the value becomes 9 ohm. Calculate the value of resistance. If R1 = 3 ohm, R2 = 6 ohm and vice versa.
