Two resistances are of 4 ohm and 12 ohm. How much current will flow in the circuit on

Explanation:

1) in case of series we need to know total resistances

we know if its series its resistances will be (4+12)=16 ohm

and its flowing current will be ( 10/16)= 0.625A) as we know I =V/R

2) On the same way we need resistances in parallel

(1/4+1/12) ^-1 = 3 ohm

and flowing current will be ( 10/3= 3.333A)
