Worst case errors are when both resistors are maximum, and when both are minimum. The center resistance is 100//200 which is 66.66667 ohms.

Rt = 1/(1/103 + 1/204) = 68.44300 ohms which is 1.77633 or 2.66%
97//196
Rt = 1/(1/97 + 1/196) = 64.88737 ohms which is -1.77930 ohms or -2.67%
As you can see, it isn't -quite- symmetrical, but for these numbers, very close.
