Two resistances when connected in parallel give resultant value of 2 ohm;when connected in series the value becomes 9 ohms. calculate the value of each resistance.

R series=9
R1+R2 =9

Rp=1/2
(1/R1)+(1/R2)

Solve all this and u will get the answer

R1= 6 and R2=3
