Two resistances when connected in parallel give resultant value of 2 ohm, when connected
in series the value becomes 9 ohm. Calculate the value of each resistance.

so let that two resistanxe be x and y
so xy/x+y = 2
x+y =xy/2
so.for series it will be x + y =9
equating both so we get x + y as 9 and xy as 18
only 1 possibilities one is 6 ohm and one is 3ohm
